Interior Repairs Living area

The interior has been keep in fair condition, after all this is a 30+ year old home and some things just deteriorate. I would say over all it is in good shape, it needs some TLC. There are things that have started to deteriorate and no one had the time or expertise to repair them. Being a mechanic that part is easy. The wood working part has me scared, I can't put two pieces of wood together at 90* even with a jig! So I will be leaning as I go, the Misses will not be amused if I mess this up!

A built in Vacuum cleaner system, neat!

The Ice box needs new seals, until I get them installed I don't know if the it will even cool off or freeze.

There are two holes in the bathroom door that need to be fixed.

The dinning table hinge point is separated and the mount point needs to be resurfaced.

The carpet has came loose under the rear right hand settee.

The left side of rear pad next to the settee has came loose and need a new mount and the area cleaned behind the pad.

The storage area behind the right settee needs to be cleaned and the hinge mount wood has cracked all the way across.

This hinge has broken loose from the mounting wood panel.

This light fixture cover bottom section is broken.

Further inspection reveals that the two living/dinning room windows need the window latches replaced.
